| @Runasius the first episode/chapter gets flak because of the SA - but it's worth waiting for the rest of the cour to drop before passing judgement. There's a reason why source readers have been looking forward to the show. Dandadan definitely could've benefited from a three episode release on day 1 of its airing. It only gets better from here. Judging a show prematurely just by its first episode is silly. |

| If anything, I'd say it's a bit underrated. People rating a title before it's aired completely are special form of cancer, but still. Dandadan seems to be the best anime I saw in the last couple of years, far from anything else. Will it hold to the quality? Only the director knows. |

| Not really. None of the other new popular shows past few seasons were any better. At least for once the popular show has a start that matches the promise imo. Just to mention some other popular shows that started this year such as Kaiju 8 or Solo Leveling, much worse for me. |
