| It kind of ended abruptly, with most of the epilogue in the credits, but it was a really good story about two friends learning more about themselves and growing as young men. |

| It was an amazing finale. I enjoyed this show throughout. Sure, the writing could have been better but I didn't mind it. I love Hiroko Utsumi and her works. This is her weakest so far but I still like it. Thank you to all the staff involved. It was a great episode with beautiful animation and action. Arajin, I'm proud of you, my boy. Mama Arajin is the best. A shut-off your brain type of enjoyable show. Hope to see more of Utsumi's originals. |

| After the downward trend this show was on, the finale was gladly decent. Still nothing like the start of what it could've been, but it had a nice ending. And we finally know Jasmine-chan! At this point I wasn't even sure if it wouldn't have been funnier if she was actually a prostitute xD But talking about Jasmine-chan, she was one of the last remaining parts of the comedy show I fell in love with. The biggest mistake of Bucchigiri was that it tried far to much in just one cour. Either do comedy, or do serious Honki plot or do both, but in 24 (or more) episodes. The comedy part was certainly better though. Bro-con Mahoro, Arajin's Harem of boys he punched in love and he just being a delusional loser was the best. Not to mention his mom and Marito being incredibly funny characters! They should've just kept the genies as a plot device for the laughs. Make them the bickering father in laws of the main couple, this being Arajin X Matakara of course! The serious part was underwhelming. There was just far too little character development on anyone, not just Arajin as people like to claim. I personally believe he was just perfect when it was comedy and only got bad when the show changed it's atmosphere. But that goes for Senya, Marito, Mahoro, Zabu and Matakara too. Not to mention the backstory of Ichiya and Senya wasn't very exciting either. Only good part was the ending, that was actually good. It just lacked the setup to have the impact it could've had. In the end, it was a show that had incredible potential but ended up wasting so much of it's potential by rushing too many plot strings at once and just getting messed up in the diffrent themes of them. However, it wasn't bad enough to ruin the whole thing for me, like, for example, Gundam: The Witch from Mercury's second season. Taking in account the exceptional first few episodes, I can still confidently give it 7/10. |

| I enjoyed the show although if has flaws. The animation fighting scenes are great and being an original anime, must be a risk in telling the story. Of course it could have been better, I do think Matakara is really a better character than Arajin. But I appreciate Arajin for what he had done for their friendship. This is the first anime I watched this season. 7.5/10 I remember from first episode that Matakara looked like a surprised Pikachu.  |

| ...the host club supposed cat girl was a real cat all along. What? Mom misunderstanding the reason of main character not being at home... so delusional, and it confirms the apple didn't fall too far from the tree. Come on, Arajin just had ro be "revived" just by thinking about a crush bound to be impossible? (and why Shindo is dressed like a police officer?) They return friends, Matakara's brother doesn't seem officially dead any more, Mahoro still rejects Arajin and has actual good reasons for it, sort of cliffhanger after the song, but not sure if i would return in case of season 2 aware that it's a anime original. Some things were too rushed, main character is flawed on many levels, comedic potential seemed a little too lost in the second half, it's a 6.5/10 at best. So many things i regretted watching in the past (almost never anime-themed), this isn't at the same level, at all, i just had hopes it could have been a little more entertaining. |

| The show lost its edge after that decent beach episode which before that reminds me of like watching Yakuza anime and was enjoying the cheesiness. I really found Arajin's design pretty sick that kept me going and enjoyed his character. |
