| I keep getting this after I submitted a bunch of characters on episode pages of the shows I recently watched. I know it’s to prevent spam but it’s quite excessive. And I had to resubmit some characters too which was pretty annoying. Btw, I used the app but with the desktop version… |

| @Serafos Quite the weak reason for leaving MAL though :) I believe this site is quite vulnerable for DDOS attacks or whatever so having multiple tabs open warns the site of possible "attack" from the same IP-address, hence the capchas. To see you're not a robot. xD This is just my though, might be very wrong though. Though it's been months since I got the caphca, I got it when I had like 20 mal tabs open when I opened all pages to the light novels I read. |

| @Azuchi Well, easy for you to say. Not really a weak reason when I have to play that "game" literally every other minute and constantly getting interrupted by it, but oh well. I'm sure you wouldn't be happy either if our positions were reversed. |

If there aren't many that have issues, though we don't know since not many have replied here. If like a thousand users report this issue, then there might be something wrong with the site. | I've been here two years and never had to fill out a captcha a single time except for today and I've been getting them literally every few minutes. I'm using the same device, same wifi, no vpn as usual... but it's really getting annoying. At least reduce the frequency, damn. |

| @Serafos Could be internet and computer if many users have the similar setup. Have you tried changing browser, clear cache and whatever possible? Anyways, hopefully it will be fixed by MAL at some point. Wouldn't be fun loosing users due to something like this. Though I don't know if they even care. |
