Bro it sounds like youve never met a person without anyone to turn to or that felt like they couldnt in their real life. Not everyone will seek contact either when they need help of if theyre in a bad mental state be able to realise that they do need help or CAN get help or BE helped. And its not about if she wants to be in contact with mal users or want help its about figuring out if shes "okay" or needs it urgently right now or something and if its possible to give her resources to people that potentially could help her even if we here cant help her help her.
