Stats page for anime ("plan to watch", non-existant users)

If you open the 'all member' stats page of an anime (e.g. .hack//SIGN stat page) there are two problems I encountered:

Normally it would show the first 50 who gave the anime a 10, but why in the world are there users in the list who only plan to watch the anime :/
Some users don't even exist, e.g. on the list above thenick1084, nightdemon, davenfonet2003, nesell all give a "Failed to find the specified user, please try again." error

The "plan to watch" thing is kinda frustrating, but no deal breaker... but non-existent users are just messed up...

PS. I came across it as I was working on a MAL.net chrome/chromium extension and the non-existent users make the script incomparably harder to program.
