I'm massively a fan of the adaptation. I think the sound, animation and voice acting are perfect to me.

That said, waiting a week for another episode that feels like it goes by in 5 minutes is chipping away at my psyche. What do the manga readers think? Would I regret going to the manga and not being able to see the future scenes for the first time in the anime?

Thanks in advance.

Depends just on your taste, if you think you enjoy the manga in the same way of the anime just do it, if you prefer the anime, wait.

Looks like manga chapters are every 2 weeks so that seems like even worse waiting lol

Why not do both? Read the manga, and if you enjoy it. Just watch the episodes later.

I've been reading the manga for a while and as the person above me said, you'll eventually have to wait as well also taking into account that manga chapters release biweekly.

This is a good suggestion however, I did that with dr Stone and the result was that the last 2 seasons were a massive bore to watch. I enjoyed reading the arc but knowing what happens makes the 24 min episodes such a slog.

stick to the anime for now. the anime is a very good adaptation.
after that read the manga from chapter 1 after s2 end. because there are a lot little details they missed in anime. it just feels like reading something new again i swear.

but you can go read manga if the wait killing you lol. the manga is very good as well

well it depends on you tbh, i would say the music and the voice acting really enhances the experience imo. Personally if i read something and i really like it, i dont mind watching it later in the anime. As people have said, its a biweekly release for a new manga ch, and also the chapters are short, like 12 pages, so its not crazy to think that you can catch up relatively fast.

Bear with it until the season ends, then pick up the manga. By the time we reach season 3 you'll be so far past that point in the manga that you'll get to enjoy it all over again in anime form.

they actually cutted alot from the manga. (probably like every other adaptation) so if you are that into it then I would suggest you to jump on the manga train.

heres what you missed from the chapter this ep (ep5) is taken from. :)
