When I sail the seven seas, the sites usually post the newest uploaded anime episode on their homepage so it's pretty easy to find out and keep up with the latest episode of seasonal anime.

I check Anime News Network for news everyday. There's lots of other anime sites (including MAL) that announce things like this, too.

You can also check the seasonals page on MAL or elsewhere to see what's currently airing, and what's coming up in the future.

News really, whether it be MAL or on the AniTube part of YouTube.

other than MAL notifications that alert me of a new entry in a series i follow, i also just check the seasonal charts ahead of time to see what might interest me and how an upcoming season is looking.

"How To Know If New Season Arrives?"

Just check the seasonal anime section. Or in your watching anime just click related anime.
I need somebody who can love me at my worst
No, I'm not perfect, but I hope you see my worth
'Cause it's only you, nobody new, I put you first
And for you, girl, I swear I'll do the worst

If you stay forever, let me hold your hand
I can fill those places in your heart no else can
Let me show you love, oh, I don't pretend, yeah
I'll be right here, baby, you know I'll sink or swim

For me, when a new season is announced, I get notified by MAL that a related entry was added to the database. Then I add it to my plan to watch list. Once it begins airing, I get notified that an anime I plan to watch is starting to air. That's how I know about new seasons.

Just check out seasonal charts on websites. They have all the anime airing in a season. MAL and Anilist have one, and there are also dedicated websites on it like livechart.me

Add something to your anime list. If it gets a sequel MAL tells you about it via the bell icon at the top of the page for notifications, and you add it to your Plan to Watch list. When it starts airing, it will give you another message.

I go through the seasonal list before the start of every season to decide what I'm going to watch. That's when I add all of the sequels of the shows I'm following to my PTW.
