| Stealing a life to hide that you were stealing some cards... just wow. If I never watched Yu-Gi-Oh I would have been like "it's just a children's card game bro" and thought this wouldn't work in an anime. Why not just take extra shifts at the part time job, save money over time and then buy the cards? On another note, its kinda weird if they don't have booster packs or something that have rare cards every now and then. Otherwise, this game just seems to unbalanced. I also liked the fact that they have flavor text for the cards. The flavor text on Mitsuhiko's rare card at 0:16 The flavor text on the card that Genta could have won the game with at 4:20: Can’t really make out the flavor text for the card at 22:00 but the title is quite fitting… 返り血は切り札になった。今年の最後のコナンだよね。新年一発目は原作の話でよかった。 みんな、メリクリ。そしてよいお年を！ |

| Regular "TV" episode!! Easy from the beginning!! In the game of cards, if the usual suspects are so clear, it is easy to think that the third party is the murderer. Typical episode. The best was the murder! Kekeke |
| Huh...had no idea Japan had a similar game to POGS. Although I see now that menko apparently has been around for much longer though, since the Edo period at least. |
| Ai's reaction to everything the Detective Boys do is exactly my reaction to them... Nobody (from the regulars) is surprised or shocked when someone dies anymore. I mean... After more than 1.000 episodes that's their every day life :D This case was more violent than many others. Kind of crazy... |
