I read the Manga but I'm still satisfied bruh you are expecting those fights to see with Clear details in every frame I don't know what do you think about animation the art style they chose for this season is like this so you cannot expect the whole season to be like the intro song... they've done their best within the time and the money they are receiving✌🏻🔥

Budget is the last porblem jjk have rn the biggest problem is the sheer lack of time despite having the finest people from industry on board in this ep they episode still had some rough edges the episode was still in production like yesterday which means footage was sent mere hours before airing

At this moment I don't even care if it was good or bad animation. The chills this episode give me, was out of the world. Just thank the animators of what they give us and stop complaining. I hope they stop the production and give the time to finish the season, but hey I don't think it would happen

I honestly think they should have used more OST during the fight scenes.
If you rewatch the episode you would see how an OST would have elevated that fight so much.
They only used it when the fight was ending...

I really enjoyed the episode, it was an insane fight and they portrayed it very well. That said, this was probably the first episode where it was very clear to me that beyond an artistic choice, the animators didn´t had time to do what they know best so they had to put something together and do their best with the time they got.
If anything it shows how talented they are and how broken Mappa´s system is, because you can clearly see that with enough time on their side, this fight would have been otherworldly.

No, and that's the problem. I don't like the style of the first arc where we see Gojo's past, but that's at least objectively good. But the recent episodes are not good, not even objectively. This is not about styles anymore, they animated this awfully. Yes, obviously there were 1 or 2 scenes that were actually decent, but generally speaking this looked like KamiKatsu in most of the scenes.
It was inconsistent on several levels. Animation is one thing, because it's MAPPA. I'm used to it, though this was one of the worst episodes they have animated in the last couple of years, but they even fk'd up the sound mixing, which has nothing to do with animation.

@Gabu-sama yes the animation was so bad in some scenes but there is nothing we can do about it I have already readed the manga till end and seeing current scenario in mappa my expectations were low

I agree, in terms of animation quality it was much poorer than I expected, however given the current circumstances I would imagine it to be much worse. you have to give credit to the fact mappa employees prolly haven't seen their families in days and have had just over a week to produce an action packed episode that wasn't atrocious in terms of animation. bad yes, worse than you could have imagined? probably not.

@sayu-simp I mean, yes, technically I could imagine a really bad animation like in Ex-Arm, but it was worse that I could have imagined from MAPPA.
After MAPPA took over SnK, it was pretty clear that they were overloaded and you could easily see that in almost every anime they produced after that. But it was at least still good, not great, but good. This was the first episode where it was pretty clearly below good on average. It reminded me of KamiKatsu animation-wise.

yeah I get what you mean, but after seeing many animators and even directors having break downs over twitter, I was surprised we even got an episode nevermind an average animated one. hopefully mappa will put jjk on hiatus and fix their damn production schedules.
