| There is not much money left in trying to adapt a series as old as berserk whose state is in limbo with Miura passing and extreme long hiatus in manga. Anyone who wanted to read berserk likely already bought the volumes. Mappa, ufotable won't even consider it let alone redoing it from the beginning. Mihoyo had to throw a huge chunk of cash because you Damm well companies like disney would want to work with them. If light novel series which have more appeal and sell better in merch struggle to get major studies, what makes people think a graphic seinen has a chance |
| lol OLM i far above every studio. they made every pokemon series. budget is no problem and they have shitton of people. Ufotable has nearly 800+ people working for the studio. Pretty sure they can do it. start from CGI and draw over like every anime they do. Budget isnt a problem for them too. Kyoani can make it too. Look at alot of their highly detailed shows. especially violet evergarden. Or you know. they can just make a new studio just to adapt berserk. Like white fox did with mushoku tensei. Shuka for Durarara. Wit made a studio just for Mahoutsukai no Yome. Sunrise too made a studio for gintama. M2 for Pluto. Mappa was made originally for in this corner of this world. That's literally the best option if you want a quality adaptation |
