| I don't know exactly what you mean by "eternal limbo"? Are you asking if the series has an ongoing plot? Because if so then yes, it does. The only reason why it's considered a slow series is because every time the main characters move forward they get wrapped up in someone else's plot that distracts them from their journey, but every arc in the manga plays a part in the overall story structure of the series to some extent. And it's officially Laugh Tale, but earlier translations called it Raftel because the author didn't reveal its official English spelling until around 2019 in one of the One Piece movies, and the name Laugh Tale was made canon in the manga a few months later. |

| It's Raftel until the story reveals it's Laugh Tale. There is nothing to fix, because it was the author's intention to hide the true name and reveal it only recently. And no, One Piece is not in limbo. It's just slow but still constantly moving. We are at the start of the final saga at the moment. |
