| Well i might be going, not sure yet. Depends if i can save up. And about cosplaying? lol i wish i could but 1. i don't have enough money to buy one and 2. i don't know how to make one ^_^U. But if i were to cosplay, i would be... Sasuke! maybe... there's too much anime characters for me to choose yet. Well, are you going? cosplay too? |

| -raises hand- I'm going! I'm trying to get as many of my friends to come with me too =] I have no clue who I'm going to cosplay as in 2008. But in this years I cosplayed as Haruhi Suzumiya. My choices for 2008 are: Maria [Hayate no Gotoku] Miranda or Lenalee [D.gray-man] Anyone form Lucky Star in the cheerleading outfit. Suigin Tou/Suisei Seki [Rozen Maiden] Though costumes will be hard to find and expensive. At the moment I don't really have any expectations for the convention. |

| Yeah it would be awesome to meet all of you guys there. I try to buy as much manga as I can. Also I don't make my own outfits, for Anime North 2007, I got this girl I knew to make it for me. I'm way to afraid of hurting myself with a sewing machine to go near one. But for the upcoming convention I'm hoping to buy the outfit online or something xD |

| ah i wish i knew sum1 that could make the costumes for me *sigh* and right now my body isnt fit to be in a costume since i just gave birth 4 months ago from my orginal weight of 120 i am now 160 =.= need to work out before i start cosplaying :P neways we should decide like where to meet up or something or like exchange cell numbers :D |

| i wished i had someone to make it for me. i can't even make one for myself. but yah hopefully i can come this year if i save up enough. i usually tend to buy lots of manga an plushies most of the time. maybe this year i might purchase a cosplay. i usually go for just one day though since i'm pretty busy on those other days. |

And tell each other what we're wearing so we can recognize each other ^^ Where do you guys think might be a good place to buy a cosplay outfit downtown? I've seen some anime stores, but I haven't gotten a chance to go into the store. There's one store I saw on Spadina from a streetcar called Anime Xtreme. Anyone been there before? |

| I have actually been there. I've only seen display cosplays only so i don't know if they actually sell them there. Another place that sells them is Kikiwai. It's in ChinaTown Center on the second floor. It's suppose to be the store across from it but their boss suddenly moved all the cosplays to somewhere else, but they should be back in time for halloween i think. |

| ahah ive been to both of those stores though i never knew kikiwai had cosplay for sale gyaahh gotta go there this weekend :P ive been slowly learning jap thru anime well i unconsciously started learning jap thru animes and then my aunt is japanese so she sends me books on how to learn jap :D anyways yeah we could meet up in from of the congress centre or at the lobby in the doubletree hotel gyaah im so looking forward to the anime con :D |

| i'm so confused! @_@ i forgot how to get there... Also, i've never cosplayed before so i don't really know the rules about it. i may have been to anime cons a couple of times but i don't really know much about them. Are you suppose to sign anything that'll let you cosplay first or something? |

| Lol nope, you don't have to sign anything that'll let you cosplay. You just cosplay. Oh, and I went downtown today, to both Anime Xtreme and Kikiwai, and I didn't see any cosplays except for one Naruto outfit =\ Guess I'm going to have to look online. |

| It's pretty simple actually (we got it last year as well) you just have to print up a copy of the "conformation email" that basically says that you've already paid and bring it with you the first day you go. Then you wait in line and get your nametag and stuff. As for actually sending the money in, I'm not sure...my friend always does it ;; |

| oh, my friend did it too. so we all have to go on the same day to get the name tags there? i thought they send the tags to the leader. oh, and what else does the tag do other than let us go for 3 days? |

| Really? I know that they send the email conformation to the leader, but I'm 99% sure we got the nametags the day of :S To be honest I'm not sure lol...I don't THINK it does anything else, but I could be wrong so your best bet would be to check the website. |

| I believe it counted with our group admission...all of the stuff at the hotels if I remember correctly. I only remember the Masquerade as costing extra. There were even free wristband for a concert (you just had to wait in line.) |
