Sabo vs Akainu or Luffy vs Akainu?

I see the whole fandom go 50/50 on this. Just curious to know everyone's thoughts.

On my side, Luffy vs Akainu is pretty much confirmed by Oda. In a SBS, Oda says something along the lines of "aching scars connect fateful enemies". We see Whitebeard's scar ache at the mention of Roger. Same way how we see Luffy's scar ache at the mention of Akainu.

I won't complain if we get a Sabo vs Akainu instead but I just find Luffy vs Akainu cooler.

I would like to see the inheritor of aces fruit take down akainu, BUT his war isnt with the marine system as much as it is with the world government.
I think a tag team of sabo and luffy would be most fitting, with a panel of luffy and sabo side by side throwing red roc and a fire fist with like a “spirit” of ace also throwing the punch

I'd like to see both outcomes and I think both will fight him at some point.
But if I am completely honest, and this might be an unpopular opinion, I would prefer to see Akainu dying or at the very least beating to a pulp by Aokiji in a rematch and this time being able to watch the whole fight.
Again, this is my personal opinion.

I think it would be more cathartic to see Luffy beat his ass. A double team ass whooping by Luffy and Sabo would be great, too.

Narratively speaking it should be Luffy vs. Sakazuki. Sakazuki killed Ace right in front of Luffy which caused Luffy to nearly die due to the shock and even permanently scarred him. Moreover, chapter 1086 revealed that the main enemy of the Revolutionaries are the god's knights. So, Sabo should fight them instead of Sakazuki. I personally think it'd be bland as hell if he's the one who defeats Sakazuki.

i want to see sabo vs akainu if luffy fights him it would be predictable how the fight will go but ya sabo is an interesting character which i would like to see taking ace's revenge but ya luffy should also contribute
