They were reffering it to as " Dai*to said so " , which means Dai*to could be a person ... I don't think it means that Ruby's hips are wide ... tbh ...

It's probably Daiso - a franchise of 100-yen shops in Japan.

Usually manga and anime like to censor companies or product names to avoid copyright issues.
