Yes in manga there is. idk how they will handle it in the anime tho. In Episode 2 it was already slightly censored.

Yeah there is quite a bit. Sex is even one of the big themes of some of the antagonists.

yes not now but it's gonna come soon and sex is one of the main elements later in the show for the antagonists

It is quite fanservicey but no nudity as of yet. And as many stated it has a good amount of gore and violence which, depending on your brothers age, could be considered just as bad as nudity so yeah.

There is nudity but it’s censored by like vines or shadows. The manga does show nudity. However no sex scenes.

There’s quite a lot of nudity in the manga. Sex is also tied into the main antagonists. So far there has been no nudity in the anime and unless they are only doing with the tensen (which I doubt) there won’t be.

In the manga there is nudity and sex. In the anime it seems they’ve censored the nudity but as sex played a narrative role in the story idk how far they will go into it.

I think the easiest way to tell if you should watch the show with your little brother is check the rating. The people who gives ratings are not always right but those people rate more by a guideline than by opinions (most of the time). If it says pg-13 and your brother is 10 you could be going to these threads because you dont want to believe it. That is just how I see it.

For this show I would say dont watch if you are younger than 16 but the rating is R so some people have different opinions.

There's implied sex and lots of nudity in the manga (like straight up nipples being shown), obviously the anime will censor these parts but I still wouldn't watch this with a younger sibling. Unless you don't mind and are willing to explain that stuff to them. 
People on MAL refuse to actually enjoy watching anime.

Your taste in anime isn't a personality trait.

Take me back to the days before MAL became infested with Twitter's favorite buzzwords.

Ive just wtached through this. Its a very adult show with a lot of themes. There has been no sexual imagery. But this is very much an 18+ show dealing adult situations. I would not recommend you show this to a child. Id also recommend you dont watch it. Stick to pokemon
