Mist hashira , Muichiro Tokito he could have probably been the most powerful hashira if not for his young age cause if he could have more time to train and groom his powers also for Rengoku

Hashira are actually ranked from strongest to weakest and canonically the most powerful is
by a large margin. This has been confirmed by the author.

Gyomei is the strongest living hashira at the moment. Close second is the snake hashira.

Strongest ever character is Yoriichi and it’s not even close. Dude was born with the demon slayer mark, blessed physique and transparent world before he even invented sun breathing which allowed him to give permanent scars to muzan that still hurt him to this day.

I'd say sanemi is stronger than obanai it is also confirmed by upper moon 1 when he said these two are probably the most powerful fighters even among hashiras/pillars
