If they decide to make another 24 episodes season then we will witness him for the span of atleast 8-9 episodes

You'll see him (sort of) in the last episode of this season.

And then he'd play a huge part in the second arc of next season.

I've catched up to the latest chapter and if I say it isn't hype then I'd be lying. The manga is amazing. As for your question. iirc saw itoshi will appear much later even if it has 24 episodes. Cause in the manga right now episode 20 is chapter 70 something. Sae itoshi will play on chapter 116 and you need atleast 12 more episodes and I doubt you can see it. the last episode would most likely be showcase of all the groups that made it. of course I won't name them but you're gonna see so much more stronger players. not just rin Everyone on blue lock evolves so much its great.

episode 20 is chapter 72-76 and if you actually look think about it every episode is 4 chapters long, send keeps getting hype as it continues and if a second season happens which I highly doubt they won't do itoahi sae will appear early within the second season.

idk if after this szn(24 eps) they will make another season or a movie, but movie or another szn Itoshi Sae will be there for sure
