I watched everything originally up to the early parts of Dressrosa and then started to read the manga from Dressrosa on (when I caught up to the anime, but I'm nowadays in the Whole Cake Island Arc in the anime, catching up xD).

So take my tier list (atleast partly) with a grain of salt. 🤔

But still my tier is mostly correct (also with the order of each arc).

Edit: I tried to evaluate every arc based not only on my personal opinion but also how good every arc is on a objective view. And the lenght of each arc also matters.

Edit2: also I enjoy/love every arc until now.
So every tier is 100% what it is. :D

Started to use One Pace around Fishman Island and switched back and forth between the manga and One Pace during and after WCI.

vegapunk experiences are amazing, smoker vs law/law and smoker vs vergo, zoro forshadowing for conquer haki/monet fight, cesar was an intresting villian imo, so many fun moments for the strawhats and so much more.

Agreed. Punk Hazard is very underrated. I think most people didn’t like it because of the poor pacing in the anime. That’s why I watched it through One Pace and loved it.
There are so many other great moments in Punk Hazard too, such as Law's call with Doflamingo and the showdown between Doflamingo & Aokiji at the end

Early One-Piece is just childhood magic. 

One Piece changed. With it's Massive Shonen Battles , bloodlines and Haki Stuff. And that's fine. 
But it lost some of it's early Adventure Charme, I think.

Why does everyone hate on Amazon Lily? I mean it's not Marineford or anything but it's not terrible. I guess it's prolly just the "only woman" trope that everyone hates (be happy it wasn't Sanji there) but I don't think it was that terrible. A solid B and a half tier for me. It was a nice precursor to Marineford and obviously we were introduced to Hancock (yes this def influenced my ranking), honestly without her the arc would be like a C tier.
