Okay, I've heard a lot of slander on Bleach (specifically TYBW) in the past.
Some criticisms are warranted since Kubo was going through major health issues and was desperately trying to end the story in 15 years which made the story feel rushed in the second half of TYBW.
BUT, some I feel are unjustified criticisms. Specifically, how the reveal of Ichigo's roots as a Quincy was "out of nowhere." I feel like some will start complaining about this once it's revealed in the anime.
Ichigo's roots as a quincy was foreshadowed way back during Ichigo's first encounter with Zangetsu when Zangetsu was creating a block or land using the reishi in the environment.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, ichigo's name means 1 (ichi) and 5 (go) which is 15. If you translate 15 into Spanish which is a super prevalent element in Bleach (ie arrancar, espada, hueco mundo, etc), it is "quince" which is one word away from quincy.
Ichigo's name as a foreshadow to his roots as a quincy was confirmed later during one of Kubo's Q&A as well.
I feel like a lot of Kubo's storytelling and especially his foreshadowing is very subtle and written in subtext so a lot of speed-readers or watchers miss it which often makes them be one of those bleach haters on the internet saying bleach has "poor foreshadowing" or "poor storytelling."

Im just saying some say it is "random" or "out of nowhere" and i am explaining to those people how it is not

I think that his powers are the only thing in the show where people can't complain about because they were all foreshadowed and explained.

Ichigo's Shinigami powers:
- Urahara stated that Ichigo always had his own Shinigami powers way back in the first arc and that Byakuya was too arrogant to see them
- It was later revealed that Isshin is a Shinigami

Ichigo's Hollow powers:
- The Hollow mask always appeared
- Urahara stated that Ichigo almost turned into a Hollow when awakening his Shinigami powers
- We learned later in the Momo/Renji/Kira flashback that that's not the way how people become Shinigami. It was only the case for Ichigo
- Shiro/White later revealed

Ichigo's Fullbring powers:
- We saw the awakening of Orihime's and Chad's Fullbring powers in the first 10 episodes. So it was there in the story and it was totally clear that it could be possible for Ichigo to awaken them.

Ichigo's Quincy powers:
- Ichigo's bedsheets have the Quincy cross. We see them in episode 1 and in also in later episodes. Yes I'm taking about episode 1 from 2004.
- Ichigo used the colored string ability which we only saw Ishida using in the first arc
- Ichigo using Blut Vene against Kenpachi
