This is the same studio that animated Call of the night. I hope the animation gets more better when the Anime airs. Call of the night has amazing animation.

not tryna bring mood down or anything. just telling, it's really about the staff in charge of it that made cotn as amazing as it is. and not every of the staff that works in that anime specifically works full time for the studio

Yeah your right. Nearly forgot about that. Cuz Cotn is just amazing. I really liked it. But the lighting in TR is good just as it it in COTN. Maybe, I don't remember much.

No I give all that to the director of COTN, he definitely knows what he is doing, this series on the otherhand seems to do a really good job of showing the story but the budget use is pretty problematic.

COTE is one of the best selling light novels but Kodansha gave the second season a subpar adaptation with more then half the episodes being outsourced and those episodes still had production issues, at least Tokyo Revengers got proper pacing.

I also think so, 12 or 13 episodes, they adapted 78 chapters into 24 episodes, so 3-4 chapters per episode, 44 chapters total in this Arc.

The animation doesn’t have to be absolutely stunning. Even with normal, plain animations Tokyo revengers still managed to stay my favorite anime.

Absolutely! Looking forward to it. Even though next season looking dry for most people who don’t sit down and watch every isekai trash to ever come out I will be eating good cuz I am that type of person who watched fruit of evolution and by the grace of the gods lol. Ofc Vinland saga, Tokyo revengers and bungo stray dogs will probably be the only heavy hitters next season(maybe a few other new ones but I’m sticking to the big ones for now)

The pacing and overrall vibe. It goes from fast pace Viking action to a slow paced character driven farming simulator. And yet the farming simulator arc is better
