It's very interesting to see Vash have to deal with a justifiable situation. A daughter who was brutalized; probably raped, beaten, and then murdered. How does Vash respond? I love how much this series criticizes its main character as we approach the end.

"...Is your mother worried? Would you like us to assign someone to worry your mother?"

Vash really annoyed me this episode. The bitch should have got what was coming to him, justice has not been done. The ending would be a lot better if after Vash's begging he pulled the trigger anyway. This was so fucking stupid, Vash is in the wrong. An annoying writing decision, not satisfactory at all.

What I blame is the writers for not making him pull the trigger. Vash made him hesitate but then the man decided he couldn't pull the trigger anyway. So dumb

Didn't the Insurance company say that they weren't going to have Meryl and Milly pursue Vash anymore, since he was declared an Act of God? Why all of a sudden they want to pursue him again? It makes no sense. Terrible episode. Melodramatic and pointless.

I know Vash has a code, and he is very much justified in what he believes, but this time I think he should've just let the father kill the murderer rapist.

A good episode wasn't really that interesting. Glad that the girls are back it'll only be a matter of time before Millie and Meryl end up meeting up with Vash again. It's not really anything new that's adding to the story already but glad to see that Wolfwood is back with Vash again but otherwise it's a decent episode and nothing more. The song at the end was hilarious to listen to though.
