| I just finished those first 201 episodes and enjoyed it a lot. But there is one issue causong me a slight itch in my nutsack, which is Shinpachi as a character. Literally 95% of screentime of him is just yelling incoherently like a damn banshee. Maybe if he would tone it down, he would get a higher rank than #8? Does this change in the future or I have to invest in earplugs? |

| Shinpachi is a great character. Heck, every character in gintama is a great character. And no, he won't change, since his character is basically just screaming and glasses. |
| Finally there is someone else who find Sinpachi annoying. He is one of the most annoying character i have ever seen. Dude do nothing but repeats others' jokes or deliever shitty puch lines. And no he never changes. Imo, most of the Gintama characters are annoying , screaming and yelling are only things they know. Literally , Gintama have most annoying cast of character from all the anime i have seen. Madao and Sogo are the only bearable (with the most screen time) . |

| You might have to invest in earplugs then. Shinpachi got low ranking probably because there is nothing that special out him despite being in the main cast of Gintama, not because of his screamings. |

| DONDAKE!!! I find his screaming voice kind of relaxing in a way… after a while you really get used to it and you can’t watch it without him. The episodes that don’t have Shinpachi feel the most detached… it doesn’t have the same Gintama feeling. |
