| Part 3 was the only boring part tbh. Part 4 might start off slow for you, and it might seem boring in the first few episodes, but you'll have to bear with them to witness how great it will turn out to be. |

| tbh i never cared for jotaro in my first watch of part 3 i personally enjoyed his character more in later parts |

| Jotaro in part 3 is a very boring character has almost nothing appealing about him. In part 3, he just acts edgy all the time and does whatever that may seem cool but in later parts, he feels a lot more mature and lot more likable. |

| jotaro is more of the stoic type, however, he’s certainly not boring. while he’s never been considered a favorite jojo of mine, i know he has a lot more to him than what he shows on the surface. everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and mine is that, personally? he’s one of the most well written jojo’s. i’ll keep this part spoiler free since you’ve only just finished part 3, but i will say that we see his character grow and develop from his first appearance in stardust crusaders, and it’s very nice to see. he may not be very enticing to some in the beginning, but as you eventually see him change throughout the series, he really grows on you. in short, no, i do not believe he is boring. in fact, i think he’s a rather nice character. |

| Regarding Jotaro's overpower, the next installments will bring him down. In the fourth installment, he screwed up Star Platinum and is only fit to fight rats. In the sixth part, he quickly becomes a vegetable, and in the finale, he is useless, lol. |
