Has anyone expected this show to be so well received before it came out? Tbh I kinda did I just had a feeling about this show and when I watched the first episode I was like "oh yeah this is going to be real good" it's one of those things where you just kinda feel and know. It seems on the lower side in terms of popularity this season though. Hopefully more people pick it up and get to see this.

I did somewhat feel about it before even the anime started airing lol. The moment I saw the trailer and got to know it's a time travel thriller, I immediately knew it has high chance of being really good.

Last year, an exactly mirrored situation happened with Link Click, which guess what, also happens to be a time travel thriller-mystery. Those are the type of shows I'd binge all the way through if I had the chance, I wish I could do the same for Summertime Render but yeah, currently airing and will take like 23 more weeks aka half a year so ditching that idea of waiting for it to end.

It started really well and the production seems on point, I never read the manga so i don't have any complaints about it so far we'll see how the story goes.

I didn't think at all it will be that great , in fact I discovered this show months ago I I added it because of the chara-design.

I'm actually quite anxious about this show. The first episode was gold, same goes with the second that capatilized its momentum.

I have a lot of expectations for how the story is gonna unfold and I badly wanna give this series a high rating once it's done. But too much expectations can also cause disappointments. I just hope the story would be consistent in terms of its quality.

tbh i didn't even read the tags or genres i just straight jumped into it , at first I thought it'll be a slice of life cause yk , THE SCENERY AND THEME , but God o God was i was wrong enough , ngl didn't expected even the slightest of shit that happened

It’s the perfect summer anime (no pun intended) at least from the first 2 episodes. And by that I mean setting, beautiful island setting.

The art is really good, it has that fluent-slow type of animation, I like to call it Ghibli style because I don’t know the exact word for it, but it’s pretty in 2D, and even better in 3D with CGI and HD. And I love the character designs.

And also, the MC is played by Hanae Natsuki, he’s an absolute beast of a VA. Only I’m just sad that he has to play another tragic hero😭 Give my man a hug, he needs it after all them roles.

Lastly, I love me some time-traveling and event-changing anime like Erased and Tokyo Revengers, so I am really looking forward to the next episode!

I had a feeling that it was going to be good after looking at the lineup for anime this season. It had a really good synopsis that was somehow accurate and yet also allowed the first episode to completely flip you off your feet.

I sort of spoiled it a bit by reading the manga after I saw the anime promo images. The character designs were appealing to me so I checked out a few chapters of the manga…but once you are in you can’t let go and you want to keep reading! So yea figured others would like it. I’m glad the anime is keeping up the quality and it’s pretty accurate to the manga.

I had the feeling of "yeah this will be one of the popular shows this season" and it was. Don't think it outperformed "Spy x Family" however. Not that I'm a fan of either, but with the long awaited sequels also airing, I think "Summertime Rendering" had it's air supply cut off, if you know what I mean.
