Hey guys. I've heard that the Monogatari series is pretty dialogue heavy, and I also heard that there are some more preferable subtitles to watch it in. I use a few websites for anime and they all have their own subs, so my question is where can I watch the Monogatari series for the best subs that preserve it's meaning.

watch whichever you like and you have to watch more than one time to understand and don't forget the hand should be on pause button

Master the Japanese language itself if you want to enjoy Monogatari at the finest.

Even if you watch it in best sub(don't where it is) you are not going to fully enjoy it if you don't know japanese and I have even heard that sometimes even Japanese find it difficult to fully understand it.

The episodes hosted on gogoanime are pretty accurate to the Japanese language and I've never been annoyed by any mistranslations watching the entire series there. That said some stuff is simply impossible to translate & will look stupid to you if you don't understand Japanese E.g Why is the crab a god, the significance of oppai girl being the cat, god was here, etc etc

No not really. The monogatari franchise isn’t confusing at all so you don’t need to watch it more than once. It may be the dialogue that may feel overwhelming to you, but the plot (when it has one) and the characters are pretty simple and easy to understand.

Funimation has some but not all. Crunchyroll has some other ones. Kizumonogatari though you have to go to an illegal site

I’m pretty sure there is no legal platform to watch every season so you should probably pirate it if you want to watch every iteration

Yeah. Ngl I did start Funi for two months but when I was watching Monogatari S2 a fourth of the episodes only had Spanish subs, not even English subs. And two of them don’t even play. I tried multiple devices but maybe they fixed it. Due to that I just don’t like funi ๐Ÿ˜…

oh yeah Funimation is pretty garbage. Probably the worst media player of any streaming site I’ve ever used. You won’t have a problem finding any of them on illegal sites though. When in doubt it’ll 99% of the time be there

I mean some people like certain fonts for whatever reason so you just branch out until you find one accustomed to you I guess, thank god netflix doesn’t have monogatari so no one needs to watch it with… that font.

bump. watching anime through nyaa is your best bet regarding any anime, because of the vast choice in fansubs and the amazing quality. For monogatari specifically, I will recommend here the best releases for parts:
Bake - SneedoSplitteru
Nise, SS, Owari - FLFL
Koyomi - Senjou
Neko, Zoku, Tsuki: Lulu

hope I answered your question (๏พ‰โ—•ใƒฎโ—•)๏พ‰*.โœง

is a dialogue heavy anime but is not impossible to understand so don't be afraid of it. Also no you don't have to know japanese to understand what's going on. Most of the puns and wordplay is lost in translation but is still hilarious.
If you finish the anime and and still feel confused about it, read the light novels. those make it way easier to understand.
Have fun

If you can't master Japanese as of now, watch fansubs by MTBB on nyaa.

Official subs should be avoided, and for this series, it's compulsory.
