| They are separate routes from the original game. Each one starts off at the same point, but become drastically different stories the later they go on. Fate stay night anime is sabers storyline, Bladeworks Is Rins and heavens feel is sakuras. Personally, I'd say to watch them all to be able to get a complete overview of the series, but a lot of people say to skip the stay night anime due to its older animation style. It's really down to personal preference |

| Technically you don't need to watch them all. You can just watch either one and you will still understand the story. |
