| I have watch many anime including Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, HxH, Death note, Naruto and many nore. Since I started using Myanimelist fullmetal alchemist brotherhood is in top. Not only in MAL but also in IMDB. Its always on top. Can anyone tell me why its always on top? |

| It's Bots, some people have too much time on their hands. Whenever something challenges it, it gets a horde of bots giving the rival series a 1. It's as petty as it gets tbh. |

| of those 4, I'd say death note but I haven't seen AOT (yet) or hunter hunter (no intention of watching), but I wouldn't say any are the "best" anime. |

Any anime that come close to beating this or even surpasses it, there are people with fake accounts that go and give the anime a 1. For example, fruits basket and gintama both beat this in the past few months but we’re dragged down by fake accounts giving them a low score. |

| I could go all in depth about why I personally love this show, but there'd be little point rn. As for why it remains at top- two primary reasons. A very well made show that any Rational person wouldn't score below 7. Universal likeability matters more than you might think. A weirdly devoted fanbase that bombs and bots the scores occasionally, for whatever reason. As for the poll, I haven't seen HxH yet so can't vote; but FMAB is definitely my favorite among the other three. |

But Shippuden got seriously sloppy around halfway through. |
| Many animes have passed FMAB in score, but FMAB fans bombed them with 1/10 ratings so FMAB would go back to number 1. Don’t get me wrong, I think FMAB is great, but FMAB fans can’t bear to see their anime not at the top, so they put it there artificially |

| Out of the 3 (haven't seen Death Note yet) I'd say HxH is the best one. Something in FMA:B and AOT both fell a bit flat in comparison imo, they're still amazing though don't get me wrong. And I think it's definitely because of the fanbase that's keeping the score so high lol |
