I can imagine Nakata Jouji doing it, which would be great, with a more mocking voice like Alucard, rather than a serious one like King Hassan, but I doubt he will do it.
I think it's a lot more likely that Ootsuka Houchuu will be his voice actor, since he is more known for doing the voice of old men with an unserious attitude. Jack's personality reminded me a bit of Tsurumi from Golden Kamuy because of his lunacy sometimes. And Tubalcain from Hellsing OVA is another gentleman character who had Ootsuka's voice.
But I saw how in reddit many people said that Jack should have Sugita Tomokazu's voice, and I strongly disagree with that because Sugita's voice is not the one of an old man, and it's really important for Jack the Ripper to have the voice of an old man.
Chiba Shigeru seems like another good possibility.

I have been thinking about it, and my prefered choices for Jack are either Toshiyuki Morikawa or Kenjiro Tsuda. Morikawa would make him sound more gentlemanly and polite, while Tsuda would give him a fitting sinister vibe with his deep, husky voice. I'm fine with any of them.

Btw, Jack is not really an old man, he just has gray hair and the mustache makes him look older of what he is. I do agree that Sugita wouldn't fit him, he sounds way too comical for the role.

I think Hashi Takaya would fit pretty well, he's great at voicing older guys.

Now that I think about it, it's true that his hair, just like his mother's, was already silver/gray/white, with just a few black lines, when he was a kid, and I don't see any wrinkles on his grown up face, so it makes sense to think that his hair and moustache aren't white/silver/gray because of age.
I don't think he is very young, though, and I would say he is at least thirty, but I admit that I'm not completely sure.
But considering how he looks like, and the whole 'English gentleman' attitude, I still believe that he should sound at least like a middle aged man to make it interesting.
On a second thought, I think Miki Shinichiro could also be a good choice with a more mature voice, like Kaiki Deishuu, but perhaps not.

Ah, yes, Hashi Takaya already did Moriarty's voice in Fate/Grand Order, who is another old looking criminal gentleman, so he could do a good job as Jack the Ripper too.

Well, I calculate Jack's age is around his late 20s or early 30s. He's not a child, but also not that old. I again say both Morikawa and Tsuda would give him a good middle-aged gentleman touch, since that's what they voice the most nowadays.

I do think Shinichiro Miki would be good for Jack. Sadly, I already assigned him for Buddha in my mind lol.

I’m a bit confused, I haven’t actually seen the anime or read the manga but I thought Jack the Ripper already made a cameo in the anime because he’s listed as one of the characters on the mal page. Also, are you guys just predicting who would be the best VA for fun or are you speculating there will be a sequel cos with all the slander they got, surely there won’t be a second season.

Jack the Ripper already appeared in the end of the first season, but he didn't speak anything, since the anime ends when he is about to start fighting, and he only speaks after the beginning of the fight.
I'm speculating there will be a sequel, yes. I'm quite sure they are already producing or planning to produce a second season, considering the big production that was the first one, with so many great Japanese voice actors involved in one work to make it sound as good as possible.

But is it even worthy for Netflix to continue the series? From all the critism I think they should've just giving up and give the project to another studio (If there's a studio actually want it) + From the drop of rate Shumatsu no va- let's just say Record of Ragnarok anime's hype, I think nobody would give a duck about S2 considering the S1 quality

Netlfix didn't produce the series, it only streamed it to their platform, so they don't have anything to do with it's production (that comes from Warner Bros). And even then, the series has been given a second season anyway, so...

I'm not saying that Netflix is the producer tho, anyway... Hope S2 didn't disappoint us

Oh, since you said Netflix could continue the series I thought you mean you referred to them as the producers, my bad. And, yeah, hopefully season 2 ends being better.
