why is there no news or information about this anywhere? not a single person is talking about this as well and its been like 2 years since this was out?

like damn the whole manga is such a well written thriller akin to Bokutachi ga Yarimashita and the like.

why is garbage pity drama like oyasumi punpun ranked 2# when master pieces like this are unknown. (and its not even that punpun is bad but its just so over rated like wtf)

honestly these things on top of the whole fma:b fans manipulating voting scores really makes me think that mal scores and popularity have not even a salt of merit anymore.

I know it's underrated but it is underrated for a reason:
1) Big anitubers don't talk about it AT ALL. Not even small ones. Or did I miss it?
2) No anime to accompany it
3) Translation isn't finished after all these years

I do agree that its first arc was one of the best thriller I've ever read but the middle portion of the manga is pretty much an extension from the first arc by showing the different perspective of the characters involve in the case. Frankly, I thought it just made the series convoluted unnecessarily and honestly boring. However, the series is still far from over and I'm liking it again after he escaped from jail so it's still to soon for me to judge the whole thing and thankfully the tranlsations are doing a fast job at catching up to all the chapters so it won't be that long of a wait.

You're right aside from the punpun thing this manga is the most underrated manga I have ever read. Those colored manhua with system are more popular than this show. It should be known

With the first point, Joey (TheAnimeMan) talked about it once in a monthly type video or something which is how I found out about it. But yeah, haven't seen any others talk about it which is a shame.

Manga ratings dont mean shit, ive seen series who only have like 5 or so reviews somehow get accepted or series with no translated chapters get like a 1/10 which is stupid since japanese dont use this site really. So people review bomb without even reading it

Kanojo mo kanojo (most underrated manga, better than anime)
The 100 girlfriends

But won't say its a masterpiece. Among series I've seen only Breaking bad, ASOIAF, dark s2 and AoT s01-3 are masterpiece.

FMAB fans aren't to blame. I mean fruits basket is an inferior genre. Gintama the final doesn't deserve 1st spot, its fans rated it 10 blindly thats why its so high. AoT s04 p1 is not even as good as s03 part 2 (which is better than fmab)

Oyasumi punpun is highly overrated. Agreed.

If we were to compare, I'd say its many times superior to murder mystery thriller, the mediocre show called monster. The 1st 15 chapters of this manga >>>> 1st 15 episodes of monster.

The atmosphere, art, the looks of the MC and his personality, travelling in the city, it reminds me of tokyo ghoul.
