i dont really see any reason to, unless u just really hate anime or the manga turns out to be even better somehow with the art or something like that

The anime is the original media and the manga is being adapted from the anime.
Therefore, @spaesu is saying there is no point reading the manga since the anime is the original media, you would only read the manga to support the series/author etc or in case they have added anything to the anime.

There isn't any reason to do so, the anime is the original source of media so if you want to experience the original, watch the anime. Plus the manga isn't finished yet
