Eren needs Sieg to transform himself into the original titan
However, this is nonsense.

- All the people of Ymir come from only one person -> Ymir, the slave of King Fritz
Who are the people of Ymir? The Eldians (those of the walls, and those of the camps).
- Ymir's daughters (Rose, Maria, Sina) eat their mother at the request of King Fritz. The king asks them to reproduce.
So logically the Eldians are all of royal blood because they are his children. BEFORE YMIR, TITANS DIDN'T EXIST.
I have read the entire wiki and in fact -> Only people of Eldian blood can be qualified to own a primordial titan.
They are all linked by "the Path", which is confirmed later.

Inconsistency around Sieg:
- He is the son of a "Fritz" as a "major" argument, but Eren is in contact with the Reiss thanks to Historia. Dianah Fritz (Jager) and Historia Reiss have the same roots.
- Another argument that becomes an inconsistency at the end of the manga: the non-aggression pact. Sieg proves to Eren that he can command Ymir and asks him to create false chains, he chains Eren just after. Eren takes possession of the original without Sieg's consent.

So why does Eren needs a “royal blood” - in this case that of Sieg - to summon the original Titan?
Knowing all that?

Thanks

Originally people thought that Yimir had "slave mentality" or something so she obeyed eldian royals. But with "Yimir actually loved Fritz" I'm not sure about her motives anymore. Only Yimir knows maybe.

Also killing Zeke supposedly stopped the rumbling. But in 138 Eren transforms into CT which kinda requires FT powers I guess (I mean Eren didn't eat Armin to transform into CT so we can only assume that he did it with the FT power)?
The rumbling getting stopped with zeke getting killed is the biggest pothole that has been bugging me, but there are no discussion about it because most of the people have wrong assumptions how Coordinate power works and so they don't bother with this issue.

Why didn't the mangaka talked the story issues over at the end of the publication ?

I feel like the '' Ymir world '' totally bugged the story and made it confusing.

There are a lot of interviews but all of them are about Mikasa and her feelings. The editor said that the whole story is about Mikasa and her choice to save the world or something. Isayama could literally explain Yimir, Eren, paths but I think that he doesn't even know about it himself.

Ty for telling me.
It's so boring honestly.
It's the same old story for a majority of " good " mangas. I always get this feeling.

The mangaka creates a universe that excites everyone. Then, further in the story we realize that he no longer knows where he leads the story by making incoherent choices. The lure of profit is too great.

It's a big mess.

Do u really think a guy like Isayama who crafted a story such as SnK doesn't know what he is doing! I have consumed all sorts of medium and never have i come across such genius level of storytelling. His foreshadowing game is just on a whole other level. And knowing your whole story and its end, before you even begin writing is a feat in itself. So, i refuse to believe that this is the end Isayama had in mind. Everywhere in the world there is problem of producers and executive dictating their decision but in manga industry it is the worst. That is the reason 90% of manga have bad endings. The mangaka don't get the freedom to tell the stories that they want to. Editors and the magazines are always butting in. Either end is rushed or it is stretched to milk the manga. If Isayama would have gone with the 1st ending he had in mind(he had to change it 2-3 times due to worldwide fandom and editors),this would have been the greatest manga of all time.

This isn't my theory i ve read it somewhere and imo it makes sense i had exactly the same question as you i thought all subjects of ymir wer her descendants but as i read when ymir died the people of her clan or kingdom oe whatever drunk her blood while her daughters ate her so those who are descendants from her 3 duaghters are the royal blood and the others are normal eldians.

When the daughters eat Ymir they get three titans, when their sons eat them they get nine titans. Nine of which only one is the founder, all those who descend from that founding titan are the royal family

This theory seems the most logical I've read until now.

My only regret comes from the author, who clearly had botched this part in the last chapters.

I will not judge the end of SNK because it's his own creation.

I feel less alone when I read that people are realizing the same issue.

When I talk about that stuff on forums I frequently use, mates always answer me ' You're the only one to think about it, no one cares ''.

it's like I'm driving a car and hitting a wall. I was stopped in my reading on this point.
