The content after the anime is better but imo the anime is a better medium for love is war

I agree with the guy above me. I think it gets much better after the anime but that’s not to say the anime isn’t great.

But for real.it does. One of the parts that made me laugh my ass off was the karaoke scene

After recently reading the first 50 chapters (which roughly covers the first season of the anime going into season 2) I would say that they’re both worth consuming. The manga has content that the anime didn’t cover, it isn’t necessary to the overall plot but is still very enjoyable. However, the anime delivers the essence of the story to a tee, it’s amazing what A-1 pictures has been able to do, the animation... the delivery... everything... I’d say that in certain aspects the anime is better in terms of comedy.

Anyway... TLDR

Both is good. Read and watch the series.
