| What... So Akise isn't human? Wtf is he then? Was there anything hinting towards this? Where did this come from? You're telling me that everything Akise has done can be explained away just by Deus simply saying 'I made you do it'? And wtf do you mean he has his own diary now? I don't think that should be enough to stop Deus from deleting them. And they just let it happen? Btw, what happened to everyone? Are they just gone? There's only diary keepers, plus Hinata, Mai, and Kousuke, but why. I thought maybe it was just the original 12 but nope, Hinata and the others wouldn't be there. It can't be that the new diary keepers are there too because there isn't anyone else besides them. And that ending was kinda silly lol Yuno cut Akise's head off, and yet his body kept moving just to show Yukki that message, which I'm assuming is going to be that timeline thing I mentioned in the last thread. I bet that's what the big reveal is. The Yuno we know is from a different timeline where this game already happened, and that's why she has two diaries. The one that was destroyed was the original one, and her current one is the one she got from the game we've been watching this whole time... I think? This is getting real messy man... What happens now though? It's just Yukki and Yuno left. Everyone else in the world has just disappeared for some reason, and the other diary keepers are dead. Does Yuno want to become a god? It'd be very easy considering Yukki doesn't have any bullets left and with how weak he is. |

| Ngl I’m not sure what to make of the reveals this episode, the Akise thing seemed out of nowhere but his moments were cool at least, even that gay kiss was cool since it was Akise doing it lol, no better way to piss Yuno off, RIP Akise tho, definitely one of the best characters of the show. But the whole two Yunos thing was pretty odd, I thought at first it was implying that Deus is the real Yuno since he disappeared after the “fake” phone was destroyed, but maybe I just misunderstood that scene, I’m not gonna go into too much detail yet tho because I don’t have enough to go on and it’ll probably be revealed in the next one, whatever Akise managed to show Yukiteru on his phone is the key. And speaking of Yukiteru, definitely this kid’s darkest and worst moment, over the whole show he was the one that talked about friendship and trust, but then he goes and guns down all the friends that helped him along the way because they told him the truth that he didn’t want to accept, fucking Yuno planted that bullshit in his head but it was still him that pulled the trigger three times, RIP to the whole friend group, I liked them quite a bit. And also RIP the 8th, she has been nothing but a punching bag since her introduction and she finally bit it, I feel bad for her after all that happened. |
| Introducing Yaoi at this point just makes me think the original author wanted to fucking appeal to every single possible crowd lmao. By the way, there is simply no way a decapitated body would keep walking like 4 or 5 steps. If you get decapitated, or just generally die, your body will just ragdoll instantly. This was lame, not to mention that decapitating someone in a single slash with a bayonet knife is fucking ridiculous. |

| Unironically the best episode from the second half of this series purely because of how much joy i was experiencing to a point where it should of been illegal, watching Yukiteru kill all his friends and Akise finally eating shit. I still don't care about this side cast so watching Yukiteru slowly kill each one while half crying like a bitch and also half crazy was satisfying af, both because watching Yukiteru suffering is probably one of the only entertaining things about this show to me now, but also cus i really didn't think the author had the balls to do all of that. Like that scene also felt so well done and crafted in the emotions that i can't tell if all the authors weird story decisions were solely made to lead to crazy situations like these or they're also just lost af. Either way double Yukiteru's suffering again and i'll be happy. True of my chest, Akise was one of my least favourite characters. Him just knowing everything, always interfering, lowkey controlling Yukiteru to fit his own agenda that Yuno bad >:(, being this wonder kid with 0 backstory and origin or anything pissed me off so much. He was cool when he was introduced and for that single arc, but after watching him to waltz around the plot he turned into an annoyance and i didn't like him anymore. This episode also kinda sealed it for me, he keeps saying "yuno bad" but i swear to god he has 0 evidence to stat that she's going to betray Yukiteru besides "she kill people" and managed to badger Yukiteru's friends as well cus of the kidnapping incident, also him being able to beat Yuno in a 1v1 was bs but author gave him super omega cheat diary so what ever. Him also getting fucking decapitated but still being able to walk also pissed me off like genuinely what plot armour bs is this lol. While they did explain how he was able to do all of this shit and get away with it, leaving it for like 10+ episodes did not help his case also my response to his backstory, yeah sure why not lets go with it. Also humungous W for Yuno this ep for having the biggest brain of this episode, she fucking did loops and broke Akise's ankles so hard, her pure insane crazy side coming out on the call with Yukiteru was peak. That's the face of someone that just beat God's bitch ass fortune telling machine and is proud of it. Don't care i'm going to double down, i think Akise was full of shit about Yuno and Yuno will stay the most faithful character in this series start to finish and won't betray Yukiteru. Sure Yukiteru won't be able to bring everyone back, but he's got plot armour so i'm sure he'll find a way to bring everyone back. On an actual happy note, unironically all the best post credit scenes are the ones of Mur Mur and Deus acting like parent and child. Obviously we'll probably end up with 0 backstory on them and go more into depth about their character's e.g., why they betted against each other or worked against one another besides acting chummy, was it a friendly bet or was there actual malice? But seeing Deus and Mur Mur in a chill environment was relaxing. Also non CGI Deus jumpscare. |
