So what do y'all think about what hinami did in the last episode? (ep 11) honestly im confused because i kind of agreed with her mindset but those recent events made me change my mind. I hope she explains this in the last episode because this was a straight up bitch move..

Rationality to the extent of callousness. She has a goal-oriented mindset, and that goal is "success in social interaction" which is something that doesn't account for the feelings of others, because feelings are irrational.

i see what you're trying to say there but i just can't imagine a change of someone's goal in mind as a reason to stop being friends with the person. +it kind of looked like she got mad at him for trying to talk normally to a girl that likes him. i think that's admirabke much more than having some prepared discussions etc.. (own experience lol) i know hinami said before that people will only accept you with a fake mask but wtf tomozaki is the same as her she migjt understand at least him.

I've seen it happen before with manipulative people, and on a larger scale, with cults. Tomozaki was developing independent thought. He was no longer the perfect character for her to "control" he was becoming his own person and seeing the toxic flaws in Hinami's mindset and decided that that wasn't the sort of person he wanted to be. In my eyes, that's why she cut him off, as well as being a defense mechanism to protect against whatever sort of rejection that led her to develop that mindset in the first place. Hinami wanted to control Tomozaki and mold him into a copy of her. When she realized that she couldn't, continuing to interact with him could have been a threat to her worldview, so it became easier to cut him out completely.
