I feel like people are way overreacting to the designs. I think that what we have seen so far are early versions. because when you look at someone like Kojiro's full body shot and then the close ups, the difference in detail is staggering  and  so from this we can easily come to the conclusion that most of the so far revealed designs are VERY early |

That sounds backwards. It's harder to draw consistently if you're trying to make it animated as opposed to a design sheet which is static. |
