You normally don't see something like this in an Isekai series. It makes the series so much more enjoyable and help the viewers get immersed in the story.

What did you guys think about this aspect?

This anime is called grandfather of isekai for a reason. It feels like LotR of Anime in a way.
Just because you are doing something for someone else doesn't make it right. Kindness and beauty can sometimes become cruel.

It's very common that kind of unintelligible language with characters that are not originally Japanese. For example, Hataraku Maou sama has dialogues like that, recently, in Kumo desu ga, nani ka? Spider chan even said "I don't speak Isekaigo", in Konosuba Kazuma was unable to read in the language of the place, etc. There's plenty of more examples but I remember those titles.

Do you think it is common for an anime series to dedicate more than one episode on an unintelligible language? The demon language is consistently used throughout the city.
I like dub more than sub because I am not a weeb.

This has nothing to do with that tittle (which is debatable btw). Even the LN didn't go that far.

If anything this is purely dedication from the production team, which, as far as I've heard, consists of a lot of MT fans.

This aspect is very cool, one of the many details of Mushoku Tensei that makes the series more appealing and alive

Not at all. It's used only to set the mood for a place that is not Japan. The most common setting is to have some lines in the unreal language and then continue the story in Japanese. What I think about this episode and the extensive use of this language is because Eris is there and is not supposed to understand the demon language. It would be nonsensical to have Rudeus and the monsters talk in Japanese and Eris saying in Japanese to Rudeus that she didn't understand what they were talking.

That's a good point.
