After the last episode i noticed something but i am not sure about it, the MC reincarnation seems to be before the rest of her classmate, am i getting it right ?
Also, the conversation between her and D was pointing out something and both of them are related to that war, correct me please if i am wrong

They were all reincarnated at the same tine but different creatures take different amounts of time to be born. Kumoko might have been her egg for a few weeks or a month while humans would take 9 months to be born. Fei took years to hatch.

All the students (and Oka) were reincarnated at the same time but due to species differences the time they took to get birth is different.
In Kumoko's case, Taratects take 3 months to break their eggs so Kumoko is 6 months older than the human students.
Then you have the opposite side of the spectrum, Fei took 8 years to break her egg but Fei's case is a little bit different. The LN (and manga special) tell us that Fei was already sentient even inside her egg, she even remember Kumoko trying to break the egg (and still have nightmares about it).

But this isn't all the story, other thing that you need to take in mind is the Body Development.
Humans take around 6-7 years to gain full control of their bodies, meanwhile Kumoko (spiders) was able to move at will right after her birth.

In a Nutshell: Kumoko had at least 6 years and half of advantage over the human students to train and level up.

I don't think demon lord is D I think it's our spider. Can use abyss magic, threads, and other clues. Just my theory but makes sence

Creators did a great job having us developing theories, questioning and second-guessing everything.
Funny thing is that even though the humans took longer to fully grow, they were given a lot of skill points in the system, maybe to compensate, though that doesn't equal the real life experience that Kumoko (and maybe teacher) have.
