| Steins;Gate (one relationship here can be quite surprising, don't wanna spoil it; it's a superb anime) 3-gatsu no Lion (has a lot to do with family; has really wholesome scenes) Sora yori mo Tooi Basho (one of the Main characters' reason to go to Antarctica is because of her mother; really beautiful + wholesome anime) Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari (might fit the criteria, with the MC pretty much being a parental figure for his party companions) I'd also really recommend Somali and the Forest Spirit, as snowfake recommended. Some mangas that might fit: Taimashi to Akuma-chan (exorcist takes care of a demon child; a bit similar to one of your exampls) Ningyo no Sodatekata (really short one; man raises a mermaid; beautiful art) Ane Naru Mono (alternative title: "The Elder Sister-like One", see synopsis) UchiMusume (in case you haven't read the manga; still ongoing I think) AniYome (haven't read this one, synopsis looked somewhat fitting) |
