Character is stil not seachable

My problem is that since 6 months Homeron from Blue Drdgon does not get added to searchable chatacters and is able to be part of my favorite characters. I asked the support 3 months ago and they said he is not in the Database even he is now 3 times in the database.
Now, if you still cannot see Homeron in the database pls try to add him by yourself. I bet you! 2 mins of your time.

The character is not in the database yet, he's only in the submission queue. And this submission queue for characters is unfortunately very long and we don't have enough moderators at the moment do approve all these characters quickly, so it will probably still take a while until the character will be approved and appear in the database. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please don't re-submit the character, duplicate submissions only slow down the entire process even more.

How can that no be the Database but submission queue?" 6 months ago it only was one, sorry for slowing it down, thought its a bug.

Its been even more months now, total of 10. So I hope there is no bug or anything. Homeron ~
