so this boy is a spy/hitman for a secret service. He has a messed up mysterious past and no family that causes him to enrol at a “normal” high school for people like him, who are all girls. His sister and parents died and he was left with a “bad man” uncle who was then raided by said secret organisation. The boss takes him in as her own. Her blonde friend stays in touch working with the boy after the boss’ death, which happens a few years before his enrolment at the school if I remember correctly.
The blonde girl has split personalities from a heart transplant I think from her friend who committed suicide after seemingly suffering sever sexual abuse, though the anime is never 100% clear it’s her heart.
The dark haired girl I can’t really remember but she cut a bitch’s hand after getting bullied I think and faked her death in front of her father who kept trying to get her to move to America, even though he hated her as a child as she was not a male heir, which also drove her mother mad and hospitalised her.
The little girl is part of a rich family. Her dad was set up by his wife to expose the family’s corruption and fell into her trap, being killed in front of the kidnapped little girl. She has daddy issues and asks the boy to be her new pappa. Her mum puts a hit out on her after supporters of the little girl find out she’s better and car bomb the mum’s other daughter from an affair. The boy protects her of course and kills her mum.
Maid girl hung out with the boy as a kid as they were both depresso. She was sad because her parents worked all the time and never really spent time with her. She runs away from home when they take a day off work to celebrate her birthday. The parents find her and they are about to reconcile - enter truck kun.
The red head is horny af for the boy. Turns out she was on a school basketball trip with his older sister when their bus went off a cliff. Some girls eventually went cannibal and the teacher is fucking the captain whilst preparing the corpses of those who died and calling it deer meat. He’d have a future career in Tesco. Red head and sister make their escape, sister acts as decoy to save redhead. Upon revisiting the forest they find a note left by her. She may be alive somewhere. The redhead’s classmates and parents of the other kids think redhead ate the other children to survive. One parent takes the other girls hostage to get revenge on redhead, boy snipes him.
Oh and a random blonde chocolate loving guy yeets some rockets at the coastguard as they warn him he’s entering Japanese waters without permission

I've just started Grisaia no Rakuen so I'm sure the girls will be more relevant soon enough. At least now I have a rough picture of who everyone is again. After Meikyuu I realised it wasn't at all the kind of anime I was guessing it was lol
