I guess there is 11eyes. Personally I wouldn't watch it for the love triangle (or the romance to that effect) but it's definitely there and it ends "interestingly" to say the least.

And you should read the Masamune-kun no Revenge manga. The romance develops a lot more and there's more of love square than a triangle. However, I really felt that the ending was rushed. To me it just didn't feel right and soiled and otherwise decent read.

I would recommend nana very good romance anime. It’s about two girls their friendship and their love lives and the other one at least has a proper love triangle.
