I'm looking for anime or manga where the story is focused on multiple different characters and not just one guy or girl.
If it's manga, the art should be good too.
A good example would be something like Baccano or Durarara.
Thanks!

I'm not sure your opinion on dramas, but there are a lot that have a full cast of characters rather than just a single protagonist. The ones that handle it best in this regard (imo) are probably Kare Kano, Nagi no Asu kara, or Kokoro Connect. There's some romance in these, but the "side characters" are pretty focal.

For comedy, maybe Working!! or Tsurezure Children.
For action/adventure types, Assassination Classroom focuses on class-vs.-teacher, and Dennou Coil has multiple main characters.

If you want to just browse your own manga, there's a tag for multiple protagonists here. I could suggest a few if you like, but my opinion of good art may differ from yours....

Diamond no Ace
Free
Yowamushi Pedal

It looks like you have one MC but because of sports aspect you will have multiple teammates in each episode and focus of story may change from one to another. In Diamond no Ace you have even some games when Seido isn't playing and main focus is on Narumiya Mei or on Todoroki Raichi. There are also nice backstories to few characters from opposite teams.
The Young Noble of the Field is currently watching - Diamond no Ace: Act II
Misugi-kun is also reading - Kanojo, Okarishimasu

Actually I'd love it if you could suggest me some manga too, typically bad art for me would be something way back in the 80s or 90s.

Manga
Iris Zero - the first couple of chapters focus on the two main characters introduction. But it soon focuses on the relationship of six characters in the group.
Musunde Hiraite - focuses on six highschool students' romantic life. Every main character here gets their own arc which interlinked one another.

Anime
Servant x Service
Wotakoi
Both are slice of life romance at workplace. Both have manga.
Special A - multiple romance where each character gets their own focus. Always change focus almost every newer episodes. But it still puts much more emphasize on the main couple at the first and last few episodes. The character design is shoujo-ish though.

Personal favorites:
Otoyomegatari
Kono Oto Tomare
Beastars - probably has a more focal character, but has a good size cast and tonally reminds me of Baccano, Durarara for some reason...

Last time I also forgot to mention Daily Lives of High School Boys and Gekkou Shoujo Nozaki-kun (another rom-com type, but with gags that actually work for me).

The P.A. Works shows SHIROBAKO and Sakura Quest both feature groups of five young women. There's a protagonist in each one, but the other ladies play important roles.

The currently-airing Run with the Wind features a group of ten college guys who decide to train for a famous long-distance relay race.

Ensemble cast. The protagonists (and sometimes the villains as well) fight as a team like Marvel Avengers. A lot of the power shonen do this and for example 'Psycho-Pass' which is already in your list with its first season (the second season isn't as good, but still decent entertainment, so you could watch this).

My suggestion for this category would be 'Bungou Stray Dogs', because it's standing out in style and tone and it's not 1000 episodes in one piece like one piece, each season (except the fourth one) has its own kind of satisfying finale. Also I won't pass my opportunity to link my favorite opening:

Then there's a second type of show following different characters in different locations and going back and forth between them. Fullmetal Alchemist does this a lot as an example of shows you watched. Of this type I'd recommend

Heavenly Delusion
Bounen no Xamdou

Both shows look fantastic and looking at your list, you seem to gravitate more to the darker stuff and don't mind if it's a bit bloody occasionally.
