I've seen a few samurai shows like Kenshin and Samurai Champloo so if you know any other ones that would be great. Only thing I would prefer in the show is a little romance but it doesn't have to be the focus.

If you don't mind mecha there's Samurai 7.

Watch https://myanimelist.net/anime/4151/Blade_of_the_Immortal
then, assuming you enjoy it to any extent, read the source material, which is probably the best samurai-oriented manga absent Kenshin.

Basilisk is my favourite Samurai anime of all time. It has everything: action, over-the-top ninja fights, a compelling story, lots of bloodshed and yes, even some romance!

I'd also recommend Afro Samurai and the Ninja Scroll movie.

Kurozuka might be worth looking into for you if you want a completely different take on the genre, mixed with vampires and sci-fi elements.

Basilisk centers around ninja, and there is little Bushido involved. Definitely worth watching, however.

I would recommend Drifters in the case of Samurai Animes.
It's all about fighting and no romance whatsoever tho

Shame on everyone before me.

Like, seriously.
How the fuck are you all going to let this man live his life without Afro Samurai?

Watch Afro Samurai. It's 5 episodes or you can watch the movie version of the show. I'd watch the show just for the extra like 15-25 minutes of footage though. There's also a sequel movie to watch afterwards.

Now this may be a shock, but I recommend English dubbed.
Afro is voiced by Samuel L. Jackson in the Dub.

Not your typical samurai shows

Sarai-ya Goyou ("House of Five Leaves") - newly masterless samurai tries to survive in the late Edo era; he encounters a small band of kidnappers

Hyouge Mono - Warlords fight and conduct tea ceremonies in the Sengoku period. The main character is one of Nobunaga's vassals. He works as a negotiator, but his real passion are the works of art used in tea ceremonies. Starts late in Nobunaga's reign and continues on into the first half of Hideyoshi's. Does not always hew to historical canon, especially concerning the events at Honnouji Shrine.

Angolmois - Mongols begin their assault on Japan by attacking Tsushima Island. Male lead is an exiled former military commander. Lots of swordplay with heads flying. Also romance.
