Hey guys! Im looking for a romance manga where the relationship stars at school/ high school and its still continúes through university and maybe after that and why not have kids. Something like clannad, not in the sad style but how they grow together. If posible that the relationship starts early.

Also it can start at university and continues later as adults. Thanks a lot!

In Namaikazari the characters overtime go from highschool to colleage. Another manga, which I personally like better is Say I love you. Ithink its exactly what you are looking for - all the characters grow up throughout the story and the latest chapters are after their graduation, which sadly aren't translated yet, but right now chapters are being translated.
Mars is another good shoujo/josei too, also Black Bird, Cat Street and lets not forget The One(that's it's name). In Nana the characters are young adults, making their way through life. One of the mcs Hachi has just left university
These are the ones that come in my mind rn

What about Bakuman? It is a shonen series that has romance as a plot point. The characters start in HS and go on.

Nodame Cantabile begins at a Tokyo college-level music conservatory and continues on to Paris as the characters move into their professional careers. it's a major franchise with manga, anime, and live-action television and movie adaptations.
