Last April I went with my family to Tokyo for a week. We had a lot of fun seeing historical sites and eating lots of food. Since I and my sister are otaku we went to Akihabara and the One Piece theme park in Tokyo Tower.

Have any of you been to Japan? What did you do there?

been to japan 3 years ago to visit my japanese friends from the exchange program

it was pretty eventful (food, shopping, arcade game centers, fishing, skating anime theaters etc)
I was impressed by the cleaness of the streets in Japan (actually a lot cleaner than the streets in U.S honestly)

Never had the experience, but I'd love to one day.
I CELEBRATE myself,
And what I assume you shall assume,
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.

I've gone to Japan several times over the past few years, and I hope to have the opportunity to keep visiting.

Countless of times as a baby and most recently a year ago! half my family is japanese. I was nervous at first because i never lived there so i worried my japanese was bad but I was just fine when i went! I was in the countryside too. very refreshing and good for my poor health....

If you get a chance to go, you totally should.

No. It's a consideration. I want to hook up with some Japanese women, but now that I've made some great friends on MAL that are grills, I'm in less of a hurry.

Yes, through anime. I know a lot about the country, like how high schools have festivals and there are cherry blossom trees everywhere.

It's a really exciting place, you should go.

Unfortunately, no. But I really want to go someday, I love their culture. If I ever get the chance to visit it, I'll try going during some festivals.

Been to Japan when I was about 6-7. I think I landed in Osaka and returned home from Tokyo. I can't remember the details of everything (being a kid and all), but I remember the events and what I did there.

I do intend to go to Hokkaido next year.

Nope.

Even if I had the money, I still wouldn't go, because I don't want to breathe in all the cigarette smoke.

Backpacked in 2016 for about a month. Got to see almost the entire country. Can't really say what I did because I don't want to forget anything. It was one of the times of my life. I am going back in 2019 and 2020.
