I do like Hiyori but my vote goes to Bishamon. She's strong willed and is confident in herself which really appeals to me.

No one is really the clear cut winner for me. Hiyori has the likeability + screen time advantage, Kofuku has the humor, and Bishamon has the badassery

I think I'll take Kofuku because I don't recall a moment when I didn't enjoy her on the screen.

I like Hiyori quite a bit, but voted for Mayu. We don't see as much of her as of the other female characters, yet the little that was shown impressed me damn lot.
We're introduced to her as she's ditching Yato, which kind of casts negative light on her - especially when it turns out she only ditched Yato to secure herself a comfier spot by another god's side. What a bitch, right? Except - she isn't.
The moment Yato finds himself on verge of death ('cause of Yuki, the little shit), she rushes to his aid without hesitation. Nobody asked her specifically for help; it was her choice to stand out from the crowd and volunteer. She knew full well how risky the procedure was, she even had a friend who mysteriously disappeared after going through it - and she volunteered anyway.
Secondly, it is implied she wasn't by far the first "weapon" to have ditched Yato; in fact, she might have been of those who lasted the longest in his service. She was obviously unhappy, yet she managed not to get corrupted by Phantoms (unlike Yuki, who was with Yato only a third of the time she had been when he snapped) and in the end made a decision (to leave Yato) that probably prevented her and ultimately Yato's corruption in the future. From what I've gathered, "weapons" must be content with their situation, otherwise they become a burden or downright dangerous - and since Mayu couldn't be happy with Yato's situation or change that situation, she withdrew.
I really hope to see more of her in the second season.^^

Kofuku all the way. Aesthetically, personality-wise, and everything else.

Her antics are always entertaining, but it's her loyalty I'd prize the most. She can also be a serious character when she chooses to be, as well as non-judgmental and accepting. Anyone at all like Yato is lucky to have a Kofuku in their life, god or not.

Absolutely Bishamonten, I wasn't really fond of her character until I watched the OVAs. Loved her character even more after read the manga.
