| What is the difference between The manga and The anime, since I want to read the manga but I don't know if it's like the anime |

| Dazai's backstory episodes 1 till 4 from season 2 And episodes 6 and 7 from season 1 (azure king arc / kunikida's arc) Both are not in the manga but were adapted from the light novels. The rest is manga material, and it's been pretty faithful in adapting the chapters . The latest episode (ep 6 of S2) ended on chapter 22. Dazai's backstory adds more meaning and impact for some moments in the current arc being adapted which is why the staff decided to adapt it from the novel |
