 Hello everyone and welcome to the British Alliance Cafe (Formerly known as the British Anime Club) This thread has been created with the purpose of allowing everyone to introduce themselves and say anything they would like to say about themselves. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The names Ryan, I am 20 years old and live in Manchester :D . I regularly used to watch alot of anime but now watch more K-Dramas than anime. Big sports fan especially of Football and play video games when I can. I created this club with the idea of allowing people from Britain the opportunity to meet people who are also anime fans and I hope everyone enjoys themselves here. |

| Hey guys, My name is Sai and I'm 18 years old, residing in the glorious coastal town of Southend-on-Sea where apparently very few people watch anime ;) As with JdeSousa above I'm quite the fan of Psychological, supernatural as well as horror and generally thought-provoking anime! I'm terrible at picking favourites, but Gurren Lagann really impressed me, but then so did Steins;Gate, Evangelion, Mushishi and so many others. One that impressed me recently (last season) was Hai to Gensou no Grimgar, it totally came out of nowhere for me and I loved the art (art is a big selling point for me). Full time Nerd (I can rant about any stuff for 2 hours solid) Metal head (Or at least looks like one.. from the distance.. with closed eyes) IT professional (A walking google search index, shit at playing tho.) Otaku (Weeb trash, thinks can speak Japanese, haven't watched any live action movie since 2014, spends 4 hours a day watching anime) I might just gonna fit in. |

| You guys ready for me to drop a controversy bomb on y'all? .....I'm not technically from Britain!! DUN DUN DUUUN!! Long story short, I'm a close friend of @RychesShadows and a few others here as well, whom I met in another club on the site. Ryches and a few others have had a long running gag that I essentially live a British life due to my schedule. That plus it's been a huge goal of mine to eventually move to Manchester for a couple years now. More or less I'm here to help out in any way I can, while maybe participating in some other stuff as well. Of course, that's if you'll have me. I understand if you all want to tar and feather me for even thinking about joining. QnQ |
