But seeing how long it took them to finally make an anime. I think I'm just gonna buy the manga. So since I watched season 1 and 2. Should I just start with Act 2 or? |

It's a perfect ending for a series that may or may not be continued. Koshien will start in Chapter 1 of Act 2 , literally the beginning is the ending of the anime...Eijun on Koshien mound! Go, read it!~ Though, Furuyafest will be experienced. Hahaha |

There won't be any real in-depth games... which is all the better, since Sawamura gets very little actual screentime during Koshien. |

| I don't really want 3 season, I have hope for 1-4 OVAs/special or movie only with Koshien arc. If they made another season I hope they will finish it with 12-13 episodes... I don't think I could deal with another 51+ episodes of "Furuya no Ace". |

Yeah I get the feeling. I'd love more sawamura screen time just because of how loveable his character is. Hopefully if they do make a season 3. He'll have atleast double the play time. |

| I'm looking forward for season 3 and hoping that they'll have a rematch against Inashiro! They haven't got their revenge yet especially Sawamura (for that traumatic experience! That yips) and also i want to see how those new characters will add up more spice, feels, thrill to the story. I'm really clueless about baseball when i started watching DNA so i was hesitating at first if I'll continue to watch it plus it doesn't have any demo/instructions unlike the other sports anime. Now thanks to it i learned a lot about baseball. And it doesn't have a lot of impossible effects! Its story is so great! complete package! Full of emotions! Never thought that I'll be attach to it like this! Keep it up! |

| I also, am praying for a season 3. I really want to see Eijun rip that number 1 clean off Furuya's back. I don't like Furuya much at all, and I believe he was given the ace position when he didn't deserve it. And, the way that Eijun's progress and abilities always get overlooked by everyone in favor of Furuya is really starting to piss me off. Eijun has way more technique than Furya. If I were Eijun, I would leave Seido and go to Inashiro or some other team, where they actually appreciated him, and gave him the proper recognition, because I really don't think he gets the recognition he deserves at Seido. |

Plus he doesn't have the hearth of an ace while Eijun has. However season 3 is a long way off for now. Earliest would probably be Summer 2018. | With the manga's recent success, I think it might go like Major. Enough chapters to cover a two cour might produce new seasons every now and then. Considering the hype the manga has right now, I definitely want to see Eijun and Koshuu's interactions animated. |

I don't think I could deal with another 51+ episodes of "Furuya no Ace". Same sentiments. I wouldn't be able to stand watching another long season where the focus is making Furuya shine with Sawamura's help and basically turning around everything and making Miyuki as the MC of the whole story. Almost through the entire series I felt that Sawamura is just an extra there to act stupid and keep everyone's morale high with his silly actions. Yes, he improved his pitches (or rather, went back to his original pitching style), but he would then get a couple of innings to play, always crunching to get the outs, and then nicely pass the torch to someone else. The whole season was just around polishing Furuya to become the unbeatable ace, and looking how Furuya sees Sawamaura as a "rival" (I think this "rival" aspect even shifted from season 1. In this season it's just basically some extra motivation for Furuya to work harder.) he just finds new ways to get better each day, while Sawamura is just standing on the sideline and giving that pressure that Furuya needs. I don't see him ever taking the ace number at Seido. Not while Furuya is there. You don't get any special feelings from Sawamura standing there, no power, no aura, nothing really. Some of his teammates like to have him pitch because it's a bit more fun 'cause they get to move around on the field, but that's just for a little bit of fun, for everything else, they'll go with Furuya, or even Kawakami. Not to mention that this season just reflected way too much on the backstories of each and every single player from the opponents' teams, making you appreciate them more than the actual Seido team. They just show Seido as doing regular work as a team. Yes, they worked hard, but nothing special, at least not as what the anime showed us compared to what the other teams did. The season kept highlighting so much on the opponents' scores and plays, and for Seido they'd just slightly brush it off and make Seido pull out a play as if it's only by luck and no attachment to it. Ugh... In any case, if the season 3 ever comes around I'll definitely think twice whether I should watch it or not. This season had me jumping around and praying for lots of good things to happen, but in the end it still didn't kill my resentment that build up while watching it all. |

| My prediction: Eijun gets the Ace number for the Summer Tournament. Right now he is proving his worth to the Coach, and I see him being the starter for the next game(and DOMINATING). So then after he dominates, for the next tournament, he'll get the Ace number. Although, i also see him getting too ahead of himself, and he will go through the same things that Tanba went through(not the injury though). Also, i REALLY cant wait for them to make season 3 happen! This anime gets me so hyped |

| I hope that the third season comes soon more detail, more funny, life at school , practice time , the simulation before match day, meeting before and after the match day, yell before and after the match , main character private life (how about parents check the dorm), and vacation times when reunion or festival times, new year's eve, hopefully the story ends with sawamura farewell match or continued to major league (it depends the author btw) but i want to see sawamura develop into diamond of ace (i guess that's the point of this story) how struggle he is when training, competing with teammates or other players, and achieve the diamond of ace by governing body or his school but when it ends with bad ending it's kinda funny thing lol |
