| As you know, in the right corner of the screen there is an icon in the shape of an envelope. When there is a new message, a red box with a 1 in it appears. I have no new messages, or friend requests, or anything else it could represent, but the red 1 is on my envelope, and it refuses to leave. It is quite distracting. I have tried marking all my messages as "read", but it does nothing. Furthermore, I have it set so new messages are also sent to me as emails, but I haven't received any. Is this some kind of bug? Thanks. |

| It probably is a bug, you could try logging again. There used to be the "fix" option whenever those problems occurred. |
| Threads Merged. @rebornnora @Kezone How many messages does it say do you have in your inbox and sent box? And did you delete a message without reading it? Has it been like this for a longer time or just appeared recently? |

I got only one. and yes, i actually did delete all my message and its still there. |

| @rebornnora @Kezone What I meant was: 1. In your inbox and sent box you can see this: You have X messages in your inbox. Displaying messages 1 - 20. What is X in your inbox and X in your sent box? 2. Did you at any point delete a message in your inbox without reading it? 3. When did the problem start to happen? On March 12th (when you made the thread), some days before this, some weeks before this? The more detailed information you can give me the easier it will be to fix the problem. |

Not that I can remember 3. A few days before- two maybe. |

Not sure what happened here but mods can't fix inboxes. Maybe it was a temporary/general problem and got fixed with a general update. Just saying here so that people don't message mods if they have this problem. If anyone else has this problem please post here. |
